GAMING APPLICATIONS Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Vegas Enterprises, The Groove New 413 Jackson Street for one slot machine license for the second quarter of 1915 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. GAMING APPLICATIONS Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Mrs. Joe Morgan, Golden Changes Camel, 108 North 1st Street for 14 slots, 1 "21", 1 Craps and 1 Roulette for the second quarter for the second quarter of 1951 be renewed subject to favorable investigation of the new lessees, Charles W. Wood and W. Van Dusen. Motion Seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Jerome Glatter, Sip 'N Bite, 407 Fremont for license for 8 slot machines for the second quarter of 1951 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. Commissioner Whipple Moved the application of Dave and Sam Steams, Santa Anita Turf & Bar, 113 Fremont for 13 slots, 1 Race Horse Book, 1 "21" and 1 Crap be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. Changes of Name Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Cardinal and Sullivan, Pearl's Restaurant, 1038 South Main for three slot machines and Cardinal and Sullivan, Sentenery Richfield, 931 Fremont for two slot machine licenses for the second quarter of 1951 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent; Commissioner Peccole.
