PENDING T R A C E _________________ MR, 1, H, F0S2ER* Referring to information. received from your office this raoming' concerning delay of Wood stave pipe ordered / I It | s from the Pacific Sfaak & Pipe Company for Las Vegas* Shis order -was piacsd May 4th and promise of delivery made within 45 days, June 18th, It 'is noted that the wood stave shoes etc^will h| delivered prior to the 25th, inst, hut no promise is m- adve N*fi|| date of delivery for hands, Shis pipe was purchased from the Pacific Sank and Pipe Company who promised delivered within 45 days and I do not think it is proper for them to blame the Colorado Fuel & Iron Company for failure to make delivery. We are dealing with the Pipe Company and not with the Colorado Fuel & Iron Company, Yours truly, am/od Chief Engineer
