I ( O O P T ) 4 \ Onasha, Nebraska. June 3, 19**®. 1760-1 Mr. Charles Adams - Los Angeles. Please refer to your letter of May 2g>» 19**0» regarding Mevada taxes* in which you advise in regard to the increased assessment of the L¥L&W Co. utility property from |130,000 to $150,000 for the year 19^0* Will you please explain fully in regard to the questioning by ^omadssioaer Sexton, as a result of which you state that this increase in assessment was expected. Also, please advise if there is any possibility of having this increase either rescinded in its entirety or reduced in amount. I note that no reduction was made in our branch railroad lines and that further effort will be made before the September -meeting of the Commission to have reductions made therein. I assume you will also do whatever is possible to secure a reduction for the LVL&W utilities properties and will be glad to have you advise me fully in regard to this. i , H. Hulsieer
