\ and Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company against liabilities for loss, costs, claims, and damages because of injury to or death of persons and damage to or destruction of property, arising out of or in any way connected with Lessees operations on the leased area; and at Lessorfs discretion, Lessee shall at its expense procure insurance in companies, amounts, and on terms satisfactory to Lessor; coverage, as set forth, to extend to adjacent industrial property, and any personal injury that should occur thereon; upon termination, at Lessees expense, the surface of the ground shall be restored to its former condition; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
