To furnish to the Company, surety bond in an amount not less than $3,3^0.00 in the form attached hereto and conditioned upon the faith­ful performance of the work herein contemplated, the delivery of a bill of sale of the pipe line herein described free and clear of all encurib ranees including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and the delivery of satisfactory easement covering that portion of land where said pipe line is laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys. 2. To furnish necessary material and labor for and construct, at its own expense, a six inch cast iron water line in location described as follows: Commencing at a connection with t_he existing main at the northeast comer of Lot h in Block 7> May-fair Tract #2, thence easterly across Spencer Street a distance of 370 feet, more or less, to the common line between Lots 19 and 20 of Block 10; thence north­erly between Lots 19 and 3D, a distance of 257 feet, more or less, across Lewis Avenue to a point 3 feet south of the northeast comer of Lot 21, Block 8, thence westerly 23 feet, more or less, to a point in Lot 21, Block 8, thence northerly a distance of 320 feet, more or less, to an end at the south line of Lot 12, Block 8, a distance of 3 feet, more or less, from the southeast corner of said Lot 12t the cost of which is estimated to be not more than $3,3^0.00 All work hereunder shall be in accordance with AIWA specifications, with cement Joints, and the pipe line shall have at least 36 inches of covering - 2- A J .
