Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. RESOLUTION - Assessment Commissioner Whipple introduced and moved the adoption of the following District #100-4. resolution: WHEREAS, certain streets and portions of streets in the City of Las Vegas are without adequate street improvements, and WHEREAS, numerous oral requests have been made that these streets be improved, and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners are desirous that the streets and portions of streets in the City of Las Vegas hereinafter described, be improved, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day of October, 1950, that the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk, plats, diagrams, plans of the work, and locality to be improved, together with the estimates of cost for grading and constructing oil bound gravel pavements and concrete curbs and gutters on the following described streets and portions of streets, to-wit: All of South 7th Streets from a point 103.33 feet south of the center line of Park Paseo to the north property line of Franklin Avenue; all of South 8th Streets from a point 157 feet south of the center line of Park Paseo to the north property line of Franklin Avenue; all of Franklin Avenue from the east tract line of Vega Verde Addition to its intersection with South 7th Street; all of South 9th Streets from a point 108 feet north of the center line of Franklin Avenue to its intersection with Franklin Avenue. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day of October, 1950, that the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed to prepare, and file with the City Clerk, plats, diagrams and estimates of cost for constructing asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter and concrete valley gutters wherever needed on the following described streets and portions of streets, to-wit: 1st Street from the south property line of Boulder Avenue to south property line of Garces Avenue; 2nd, 3rd and 4th Streets from the north property line of Charleston Blvd to the south property line of Garces Avenue; Boulder Avenue from the east property line of Main Street to 2nd Street; Coolidge Avenue from the east property line of Main Street to 4th Street; Hoover and Gass Avenue from the east property line of Main Street to the west property line of 5th Street. RESOLUTION - Assessment Commissioner Whipple introduced and moved the adoption of the following District #200-1 resolution: WHEREAS, that certain portion of the City of Las Vegas hereinafter mentioned, has been and is still without adequate sewer facilities, and WHEREAS, numerous requests have been had for the installation of a sanitary sewer in the hereinafter mentioned portion of the City of Las Vegas, and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners are desirous that the citizens of this area be supplied with adequate sewer facilities, and WHEREAS, it appears that the sanitary sewer should be installed in and along the streets and alleys, and portions of streets and alleys hereinafter described, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT, RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of. Las Vegas, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day of October, 1950, that the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed to prepare, and file with the City Clerk,
