Dear sirs Referring to our conversation a short time ago concerning the proposed construction by you of certain Improvements upon .a portion of the Water Company*® easement for pipe line across the rear of your property on North Main Street, Las Vegas l X am attaching duplicate originals of pro* posed Agreement covering the proposed encroachment. Will appreciate if you will please sign each of the documents and arrange for signatures of each of the other interested parties as indicated on page 3 of the Agreement, have your signatures witnessed arid also have your signatures acknowledged by a Notary, after which the duplicate originals should he returned to me in order that I may arrange for execution on behalf of the Water Company, Very truly yours, Enos W.H Johnson
