Soott July 1, 1948 arbitrary In the matter of the application of water rates and have always exhibited a tendency to meet the Public Service Commission more half way, which is recognized by their spirit of cooperation and friendliness toward us. I Bm enclosing a formal request to the Commission for permission to establish a rate of #15*00 per month for water service to laundries operated in conjunction with Hospitals and trust that you will concur in my thought that this will be equitable to both the consumer and the Water Company. Regarding the restaurant rate, a charge of 8^ a day for water used in connection with cooking for patients In 48 rooms doss not appear to be exoeeslve.
