Folger gentlemen: Attached hereto please find the signed agreement for the installation of the water stein in Blook 0, Mayfair Addition Mo. 2, Lae Vegas, Nevada. in conformity with oar conversations between ourselves and Mr, Folger, we are accepting this agreement with the under­standing that Paragraph 3, Article I, insofar as it refers to the delivery to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company ef easements covering the ground five feet on each side of the center line of the pipe is concerned, will be inapplicable. It is understood that the pipe will be laid by us in already dedicated easements and streets throughout the entire installation, and no pipe will be laid where there Is not existing at the present tints a dedicated easement or street, as shown by the recorded amended plat of the area. In other words.
