Bracken Vice President Strong called to order and presided over the meeting. Minutes of last meeting of the Board of Directors, held December 26, 1941, were read and approved. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement C. A. No. 10133, dated March 12, 1941, addressed to Mr. C. D. Baker, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering the construction by him of extension of water mains into Vega Verdi Addition in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada; said work consisting of excavating and backfilling trench, laying 2744 feet of cast iron pipe of various sizes, caulk­ing said cast iron pipe and restoring surface of ground to original condition; Land Company to furnish, without cost to said C. D. Baker, all necessary pipe, valves, fittings -1-
