YC.A. No. 10355, dated March 7, 1946, expiring June 30, 1946, and extended to Sept. 30, 1946, under supplementary agreement C.A. No. 10353-1, dated June 12, 1946, between said parties; as consideration for granting said extension of option to Dec. 31, 1946, Quaker Oats Company agrees to pay to this Company an amount equal to one-fourth of the general and special taxes levied and assessed upon the option parcel for the fiscal year 1946-1947, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith, and of any assessments for public improvements levied and assessed upon the option parcel during the period, Oct. 1, 1946, to Dec. 31, 1946, which are not properly chargeable as capital expenditures; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild in executing rider CLD No. 7600, dated October 1, 1946, extending to September 30, 1949, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10192, dated March 31, 1942, expiring September 30, 1946, with Jack Dinno, Lessee, covering ground floor storeroom at 428 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, together with mezzanine floor located therein; rental 1% of gross receipts, but not less than $400 per month; said premises to be used for the purpose of merchant tailoring and haberdashery; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
