Los Angeles, Sept. 5» 1936. Mr. Leo A. MoHamee: ( Las Vegas) Referring to your le tte r of September 3rd asking advice as to the proper party to sigh application for appropriation of water: It would seem that the application forms themselves would have instructions with respect to the proper execution thereof, or that instructions would be sent with such application forms. Have you looked into that matter? I f not, suggest you ascertain from the State authorities what execution they w ill require. Ky personal opinion is that the application could be signed by Mr. Knickerbocker as Vice-President of the company, which could be backed up by resolution of the Board of Directors here at any time.
