Dear Sir: Referring to your letter of June 1st, 1931, attached to petition: You will find this petition has been thoroughly checked by.both Mr, Connolly and myself and legion is as follows: iV' Signers who do not pay water rent to this Company. \ More than one signer for one piece of / property. Other notes in margin. I am also returning herewith, Mr. Wilcox’ personal letter to you in reference to activities of Mr. George Zettler, Jr. You will notice that the petition carries his signature, although he denied same to Mr. Wilcox, You will also note that seventy (70) of the signers of this petition do not pay any water rent to this Company.
