All work hereunder shall be performed to the complete satisfaction of the Vice President of the TTater Company, or his authorized representative, it being distinctly understood, however, that the Water Company shall have no control whatsoever over the methods employed in or the manner of performing any of the work herein provided for. 2. Said work shall be performed in the said City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, at the location hereinabove specified and shall consist of removing pavement where raqim^d, excavating and backfilling trench, laying approximately __feet; of cast iron pipe, making necessary connections^to_said present water mains, installing the necessary valves and fittings and restoring surface of the ground to original condition, subject to the approv­al of the Vice President of the ^ater Company, or his authorized representative. 3. Water Company agrees to furnish without cost to you, all necessary pipe, valves, fittings and material, f.o.b. cars.
