If satisfactory, will you please execute the duplicate originals and after having the bond completed, return both copies to me in order that X may arrange for execution by the Water Company. A copy of the Agreement is attached for the use of the Bonding Company. As we h&ve not yet executed authority for this project, work should not be commenced until I advise you.
