Reinhardt) Your letter August 31, file BO-11 regarding by First National Bank of Nevada in connec-tion with the pending escrow involving sale of the Water Dept, of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company: with Mr. Company; I checked the last twp items, viz: Title policy fee $969*BO, and Easement Report 1500.00 Sweeney of the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust he advises me that the Title Policy Fee is as billed to the Bank by them, and that the charge for the Easement Report covers the preliminary reports starting with our request of April 30, 1953, and including several supplemental reports as well as the Final Report issued to the Bank for the Water District.
