Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company-under Application Ho* 7200, which certificate is recorded in Book 1 of Water Appropriations at Page ?6, Glark County, Nevada, Records, pursuant to whieh said Railroad Company has the right to appropriate from the Las Yegas Artesian Basin through Well No* 1 (which well is located in the SWi of the SW£ of the SW^ of Section 29, Township 20 S., Range 6l E., M. D. B. & M.) two and one-half cubic feet per seeond (2.5 c.f.s.) of water, or so much thereof as may be put to a beneficial use for railroad purposes. It is understood that the right to appropriate such water for such purposes is to be reserved by said Railroad Company, and that said Railroad Company will obtain said water through its existing shop well located in the NWi? of the SW£ of the NWi of Section 34 in said Township and through wells to be drilled by it within the present bount y fOe-4 <UJ^_ Ur t daries of its shop grounds.
