NO — m W m AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of ^•3'Ek day of March. 1950, by and between LAS TEG AS LAND AND HATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company", Party of the First Part, and MASTERCRAFT HOMES, INC*, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider, Party of the Second Part, V __I_T_N_E_S_S_Ejr_H: It is hereby mutually agreed by and between the parties hereto i that that certain agreement dated November 29th, I9H8 , between the parties hereto, designated as Audit No. IOH7 2 , and "N"L.D. 2128, covering extension of water main to serve a portion of Charleston Square Tract #2, Las Vegas, Nevada, be and the same is hereby amended in the following particulars: Article II, paragraph 2, is hereby amended to exclude that portion of Lot 1 fronting on Hillside Place, now designated Lot 1, Block 2, Tract ^ as per Map recorded in Book 2 of Plats at Page 99, Clark County, Nevada Records, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement as of the day and year first above written.
