We certainly appreciate your sending the line drawing. I have sent them on to the people in South Bend for their use. As Eddie probably told you, because of the fact that Red will be working on a stage in the middle of the field in Notre Dame Stadium, it will be impossible to have any kind of a white backdrop or background frame to work against. Since the show will commence at approximately 4 PM there will be no need for a lighting rehearsal since I presume the sun will be bright enough. We will make arrangements for the tape machine, the microphones, and the orchestra and we will set up rehearsal for 12 noon. If you will advise me of the date, flight number and time of arrival I'm sure the people in South Bend will be most happy to arrange to pick Red up. They would love him to arrive late Saturday and, if possible, ride in the parade on Sunday. Please let me know on this. Thank you. JPiaj
