RESOLUTIONS ACCEPTING R/W DEEDS OAKEY BLVD. "L" Street Vegas Drive Washington Street Jackson Avenue "N" Street At this time the Board considered the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on Oakey Blvd, executed by McNeil Construction Co. and dated July 28, 1954. On motion of Commissioner Whipple duly seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made. BE IT RESOLVED this 4th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 28th day of July, 1954, executed by McNeil Construction Company to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. Consideration was given to the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on "L" Street executed by Mrs. Ira Logan and Western Enterprises, dated July 26, 1954. On motion of Commissioner Whipple, duly seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED this 4th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 26th day of July, executed by Mrs. Ira Logan and Western Enterprises to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. At this time the Board considered the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on Vegas Drive executed by V. D. and Ann Eachus and E. L. and Thelma Josephson, dated July 11, 1954. On Motion of Commissioner Whipple, duly seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made. BE IT RESOLVED this 4th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 11th of July, 1954, executed by V. D. and Ann Eachus and E. L. and Thelma M. Josephson to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and the real property described therein be and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State Of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. The Board considered the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on Washington Street, between Main and 5th Streets from V. D. And Ann Eachus, dated February 19, 1954. On motion of Commissioner Whipple, duly seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made. BE IT RESOLVED this 4th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 19th day of February, 1954 executed by V. D. and Ann Eachus to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. Consideration was given to the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on Jackson Avenue, executed by Excell J. Barren and dated July 21, 1954 On motion of Commissioner Whipple, duly seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED this 4th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 21st day of July, 1954, executed by Excell J. Barren to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada and filed in the records of this Board. At this time the Board considered the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on "N" Street, executed by Western Enterprises, and dated July 26, 1954. On motion of Commissioner Whipple, duly seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED this 4th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada that the deed, dated the 26th day of July, 1954 executed by Western Enterprises to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. 8-4-54
