M i s s Stewart is stopping at the R o s s l y n Hotel w h i l e in Los Angeles, W, H, J o h n s o n P,S, Miss Stewart called today and stated it was necessary that she return to Las Vegas, Thursday, July 27th. I advised Miss Stewart there was no one here who could give h e r the a s s u r ­ance desired, and suggested that on h e r return to Las Vegas she take the matter u p with Messrs. Bracken and McNamee. She stated she already had discussed the* matter w i t h b o t h Mr. Bracken and Mr. McNamee and had been unable to secure any assurance the re­qu i r e d amount of w a t e r would be deliv e r e d to the Stewart plot without interruption and requested, if we were un a b l e to give h e r the neces s a r y assurance, that we handle it with the proper off i c e r of the Company, -8- W.H.
