Subdivider under this Agreement, has practically completed new homes on Lots 1 to 10 and Lots 25 to Jkt both Inclusive and has also completed that portion of pip# line covered by above Agreement in the following described location: An 8" cast iron water main In St. Louie Street on the South side thereof commencing at a connection with existing 8** east iron water mala approximately at the Northwest comer of Lot :f e Block 2 of said Paradise Park as recorded in Book 3 page 89 of Plats, Ol&rk bounty Nevada records, thence Easterly in St. Louie Street parallel with center line thereof, a distance approximately 530 bF to the intersection of the center line of point of ending. Van Patton Place,* A 6n cast iron water main commencing at a connection with above described 8* cast iron water main In St. Louis Street approximately on the center line of North and South utility ease­ment in Block 2, of said Paradise Park, thence Southerly a distance of approximately 650* in utility easement in said Block 2, to Intersection with property lines between Lota 2k and 25 of said Slock 2, thence Westerly a distance of approximately 125* in utility easement 10* in width being 5 ‘ on each side of property line between Lots 2k and 25, to a point approximately 10* Meet of the last line of Santa Rosa Drive, thence Southerly in Santa Rosa Drive a distance of approximately 13* to a connection with an existing ©w cast Iron water main* the above described pipe line constitutes only a portion of the lines to fee constructed under the above mentioned Agreement, but due to the fact that new homes are nearing completion adjacent to the above described pip® line and subdivider has not yet ooimenoed construc­tion of the balance of pipe lines In his subdivision, it 1® considered advisable to secure from subdivider, Richard Toleno, a Bill of Sale for this portion of the project, so that water service may be provided to newly constructed homes.
