OTTO UNDERHILL JAMES CASHMAN JOHN BUNCH LAS VEGAS, NEVADA June 29, 1953 TELEPHONE 5920 P. O, BOX KPO&C 1946 %, I Mr. E. E. Bennett Union Pacific Railroad Company Law Department 422 West Sixth Street Los Angeles 14, California Your Fi Ie 80-11 Dear Mr. Bennett: Your letter of June 25 arrived today,Monday, June 29, during Mr. Campbell's absence. 15 copies of the Agreement complete except for Exhibits "A" "D" and "H", I found the three complete conformed copies of the Agreement. I sincerely apologize for neglecting to check thoroughly. However, the separate package in roll form, containing 15 uncolored prints of Exhibits "A" HD" and "H" has not arrived. I have checked with the Post Office and the Postmaster suggested that a tracer be put on the package from that end. Part of the trouble may be due to the fact that the package was addressed to 900 South 5th Street or Post Office Box No. 1448. The Las Vegas Valley Water District no longer has an office at the South 5th Street address and no longer has Post Office Box No. 1448. Please address all future correspondence to Post Office Box No. 1946, or 135 South Fourth Street. Upon checking over the contents of the package mailed June 8, including the Very truly yours, LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT (M's.) Adeline Russell Secretary to Mr. Campbell
