Folgtr of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, particularly with refer­ence to unsanitary conditions, Xou may be assured that the Union Pacific and its subsidiary, the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, will cooperate in every reasonable manner in improving any unsanitary conditions existing with respect to their properties.
