Ftnnessyi X acknowledge receipt of your letter January 31at, enclosing report prepared by the Plumbing Inspector of the city, copies of which X note have been forwarded to Hr. R. E. Taylor, Maintenance Foreman at Las Vegas, Hr. J. R. Frohoff, Master Mechanic at Los Angeles, and Hr. Folgtr of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, particularly with reference to unsanitary conditions, Xou may be assured that the Union Pacific and its subsidiary, the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, will cooperate in every reasonable manner in improving any unsanitary conditions existing with respect to their properties.
