Dear Sir: • Some months ago, at suggestion of Mr. Nutt, Mr, Arthur Maguire made a .personal inspection of roofs and woodwork at the Company houses. At that time he thought it almost imperative that we immediately paint the roofs, if not the woodwork, and 1 must say that they are "badly in need of paint or stain of some kind for preservation. / Will you kindly call Mr, Maguire in and. let him explain to you the' condition of things, and advise if you think best that we have the roofs painted.
