Oentlsnen: In connection with the proposed sale of the las Vegas Land and Water Company to the Lae Vegas Valley Water District* I as attaching the following: 1* Draft of doeuaent that purports to convey to the Las Vegas Valley water District all the production and distribution facilities now owned by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the Railroad Company. This includes the facilities located on the 507 acre parcel of land that will be conveyed by separate deed but does not include the station ground wator facilities to bo rotalnod by Railroad Company. I would appreciate your reviewing this document and determining if, in your opinion, that this conveyance will in any way affect the remaining properties owned in foe by the Las Vegas Land and Wator Company.
