BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF THE LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY FOR EMERGENCY RELIEF BY AMENDING CERTAIN OF ITS RULES AND REGULATIONS Case No. 1214 At a general session of the Public Service Commission of Nevada, held at its offices In Carson City, Nevada, November 50, 1951. PRESENT: Chairman Robert A. Allen Commissioner Hugh A. Shamberger Secretary Lee S. Scott A M E N D E D O R D E R IT APPEARING That under date of November 23, 1951 this Commission! Issued its order in the above entitled matter approving Rule 9.5 of the rules and regulations of the Lae Vegas Land and Water Company on an Interim basis to become effective December 1, 1951; and set the matter down for hearing on January 22, 1952, at Las Vegas, Nevada, IT IS ORDERED That the order above referred to Insofar as it approved said Rule 9.5 on an interim basis effective December 1, 1951 be, and same is hereby, rescinded; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That this matter will be heard January 22, 1952, at ten o'clock A.M., at the City Hall, City of Las Vegas, Nevada, when and where every interested party may appear and be heard.
