Bennett I era submitting herewith original and nine copies of letter of submission to Mr. Stoddard, together with ten copies of Form 30 Estimate, dated May 10, 195^# both of which cover construction of water main to replace existing water main in Block 13 of W&rdie Addition. fhe entire cost of this project will be borne by Mr. I. M. Austin who is requesting vacation of alley, and Mr* Austin has also agreed that if substitute line is constructed that the existing water mains in alley may be disconnected and abandoned in place.
