Dear Sir: Referring to correspondence regarding lumber to put up buildings on the ranch to be used as a stable and implement house: I find that it will be very expensive to ship the lumber from here, and, as we have hopes of renting the ranch next year, do not think: we had better invest any money in buildings at the present time.
