    V dated October 18, 1966 with Los Angeles County Flood Control Districts granting it permission while engaged in the construe" tion of a storm drain, to use and work upon property of Land Company, shown on Exhibit nA n attached to and made a part of said agreement, and granting the District license to enter upon and use portion of area shown on said Exhibit "A", for purpose of constructing and maintaining a detour for Gale Avenne, in City of Industry, California? in consideration, Flood Control District shall conduct all operations in a manner satisfactory to and with prior approval of the Land Company, and shall in­demnify and hold harmless the Land Company from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims, etcQ, and shall remove at its own expense any materials used In construction of said storm drain and detour, and shall reimburse Land Company for all ex-penses Incurred by it« License shall be subject to all out" standing interests in said property, and shall take effect as of May 1, 1966 and continue to and Including July 1, 1967 or until completion of the work contemplated, whichever occurs first, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed0 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing C0 L0 Do No0 15578, dated September 26, 1966, Letter Agreement with Walter Johnson, accepting his proposal to furnish "5°
