    V expenses incurred as a result of construction, as well as indemnifying and saving harmless Railroad Company from loss, damage, liability, cost and expense resulting from the instal­lation of the asphalt concrete; construction being performed to the satisfaction of Railroad Company, and except as amended and supplemented, all terms and conditions of original agree­ment shall remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 15511-2, dated July 5, 1968 between John M. Ferrero and Las Vegas Land and Water Com­pany, extending term of agreement Audit No. 11021, covering lease of land for growing of crops in City of Industry, California to and including July 31, 1969, rental for the extended term shall be $150.00 per month payable in advance; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 15880-1, dated July 8, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Foster and Kleiser, Division of Metromedia Inc., extending term of agreement No. 11075 to and including August 31, 1969, said agreement covering lease of site for erection, maintenance and use of advertising bulletin boards in Los Angeles, California; be, -3-
