All easements granted by Union Pacific pursuant to the provisions of this section shall bs granted subject to all restric­tions, limitations and encumbrances of record and to existing right of other persons in and to the lands of Union Pacific whether of record, or act*. It is expressly understood and agreed that the pipe line« referred to in subparagraph* (o), (d), (e), (f) and (i) of this Section I are located in and around the railroad yards and other facilities and improvements owned and- operated by the- Union Pacific Upon its lands which are not to be conveyed to the District, and that railroad tracks and other facilities end improvements of Unite) Pacific are presently located upon the said easement strips to be granted to the District. 411 easements granted by the Union Pacific to the Metric for said pipe lines shall contain appropriate provisions that said easements and the rights of the District thereunder are subject to and subordinate to the right of - the union Pacific to- maintain and to operate its existing railroad tracks and facilities and to con* struct* maintain and operate additional railroad tracks and other railroad facilities of every kind and character along and across said easement strips.
