    Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR LICENSE Commissioner Peccole moved the request of the First National Bank of Nevada Westside Cafe for the manager of the Westside Cafe, 322 Madison be be allowed to continue the sale of beer and wine be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple passed his vote. PROPOSED ORDINANCES Commissioners Bunker and Peccole, committee for report on the Proposed ordinances Race Horse Book and on Race Horse Book and Race Horse wire service asked for additional time before Wire Service reporting. GENERAL ELECTION Commissioner Bunker moved the following order of election be adopted: ORDER It appearing that the Charter of the City of Las Vegas provides that a General Election be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in May, 1951, for the election at large by the qualified voters of the City, of a Mayor, two commissioners of the first and third class, respectively, a Judge of the Municipal Court, and a City Attorney, it is therefore, ORDERED By the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas that such General Election be held in the City of Las Vegas on May 8, 1951 at which election there shall be elected at large by the qualified voters of the said City a Mayor, who shall be elected and hold office for a period of four years and until his successor shall be elected and qualified; two commissioners of the first and third class, respectively, who shall be elected and hold office for a period of four years and until their successors are elected and qualified. A Judge of the Municipal Court, who shall be elected and hold office for a period of two years and until his successor shall be elected and qualified; and a City Attorney, who shall be elected and hold office for a period of two years and until his successor is elected and qualified, and it is further ORDERED, that the places in said City for hold said election are hereby determined as follows: Las Vegas Number 1 - War Memorial Building Las Vegas Number 2 - City Library Las Vegas Number 3 - Grammar School Gym, 417 South 4th Las Vegas Number 4 - Catholic Recreation, 317 South 2nd Las Vegas Number 5 - War Memorial Building Las Vegas Number 6 - War Memorial Building Las Vegas Number 7 - Grammar School Gym, 417 South 4th Las Vegas Number 8 - Catholic Recreation, 317 South 2nd Las Vegas Number 9 - Bob Moore Feed Store, 311 W. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. BEVERLY GREEN TRACT #2 Commissioner Peccole moved the amended final map of Beveraly Green Tract No* 2 Amended Final Map be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
