    PAWNBROKERS LICENSE At this time Mr. George Franklin, Jr., appeared before the Board on behalf of Mr. Sam Sam Ingalls Ingalls, applicant for a Pawnbroker's license at Ingalls Credit Jewelers, 126 South 1st. Mr. Franklin requested the Board to give favorable consideration to this application. Thereafter Commissioner Bunker moved the above mentioned application for a pawnbrokers license be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, Commissioner Moore. PROPOSED. ORDINANCE An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, PROHIBITING DOGS FROM Leashing of Dogs BEING OR RUNNING AT LARGE WITHIN SAID CITY EXCEPT ON LEASH, was read by title and referred to Commissioners Moore and Whipple for recommendation.
