    476 LIQUOR application The Board requested that Messrs. Tobin ana South, applicants for a Retail Tavern Esquire bar liquor license at the Esquire bar, 130 South 2nd Street be notified to be present at the meeting on October 3, 1949 at 3:00 P.M. LIQUOR APPLICATION Commissioner Whipple moved that pursuant to the favorable recommendation of the Clark market Police Department that the application of the Vegas Food Corporation dba Clark Market, 1500 Fremont for a Sealed Package Miniature liquor license for the third quarter of 1949 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. SERVICE & MATERIAL Commissioner Whipple moved that Service & Material Warrant No. 1854 in the total WARRANT amount of $150.00 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
