    The vote on said Resolution was as follows: Commissioners Thomas, German, and Smith, and His Honor the Mayor Hesse, voting Aye. Noes None. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time the meeting re­cessed until Wednesday the 26th day of February 1930 at the hour of three o'clock P. M. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. FEBRUARY 26th, 1930. At a recessed regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners held on the 26th day of February 1930 at the hour of three o'clock P.M. Present Mayor Hesse, Commissioners Hansell, German, Smith, and Thomas together with the City Attorney and Clerk. Minutes of meeting of February 21st read and approved as read. Upon motion of Commissioner Smith, seconded by Commissioner Thomas it was moved that a map of the "Resubdivision of of Block 13, and portions of Blocks 21 and 22 of bardie addition to the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada," Owner Miller-Buzick Corp. be approved by the Board of City Commissioners. That the same be Approved by the Mayor J.F. Hesse, and Attest by City Clerk Viola Burns, under the seal of the City of Las Vegas. Vote on said motion was as follows: Commissioners Smith, Thomas, German, and Hansell, and His Honor the Mayor Hesse, voting Aye. Noes None. At this time the members entered into a discussion on the City Budget for the coming year. No decision was reached at this time. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time the meeting re­cessed until Friday the 28th day of February at the hour of three o'clock P.M. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. FEBRUARY 28th, 1930. At a recessed regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, held on the 28th day of February 1930 at the hour of three o'clock P.M. Present Mayor Hesse, Commissioners Thomas, Hansell, Smith, and German, together with the City Attorney, and Clerk. There being no business to come before the Board at this time the meeting recessed un­til the hour of seven thirty o'clock P.M. February 28th, 1930. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. FEBRUARY 28th, 1930. At a recessed regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, held on the 28th day of February 1930 at the hour of seven thirty P.M. Present Mayor Hesse, Commissioners German, and Smith together with the City Attorney and Clerk. Absent Commissioners Thomas, and Hansell. The following Resolution was introduced by Commissioners Smith seconded by Commissioner German: Resolved, that the Commissioners of Streets O.J. Smith be and he is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into a contract with the "Autin-Western Road Machinery Co;" to pur­chase 1-Model 20 Austin Dual Drive Motor Grader complete with special twelve foot Blade, ten inch rear tires and Cab." Vote on said Resolution was as follows; Commissioners German, and Smith, and His Honor the Mayor Hesse, voting Aye. Noes none.
