    Commencing at a point on the northwesterly line of Main Street distant thereon S. 27° 45' W. 16.2 feet from the westerly prolongation of the center line of Ogden Avenue (formerly Ogden Street) as said Streets are shown on map of Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, recorded in Book^l, page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence N. 62 28' W. 243.2 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence No 27® 45' E. 18.5 fe e t; thence S„ 62° 15’ E. l4 .1 fe e t; thence N. 27® 4 5 ’ E. 522,1 fe e t; thence N. 17 04• 30 W. 160.8 feet to a point herein designated Point JL. The side lin es of the above described strip of land shall be pro­longed or shortened at a ll angle points so as to termin­ate at their points of intersection. EASEMENT STRIP FIVE (Cont'd.)
