BK8CRIPTI0K: This Indenture aado on this 16th day of October 1882 by and between Uel Stewart of Springvi.il*, Utah County and ISslachi St overt of Payaon, Utah County and Albert Starr of Ctaeaey Rancho in Juab County and a ll of then residents of Utah Territory parties of the first part and The Utah Central Railway Coep&ny a Corporation of Utah, party of the second part, Witneeeeth That the parties of tbs first part for end in consideration of the swm of five hundred (500) dollars lawful motuty to then in hand paid by the said party ef the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained and sold and by thee# presents do grant.bargain and se ll unto the said party of the second part sufficient of the waters of the paayan Spring in Juab County to supply a water tank for water for engines and other railway purposes said water tram said spring to be taken and conducted in a two end a half (2£) inch pipe frow said spring to the line of the Utah Central Railway and for this purpose end for the purpose of aaintainance and repair, and in consideration of the prewisea the right of way over the land from said spring to the railroad by the west practicable and proper route ie hereby granted.
