Smith: , x—; - Mr* E* E* Bennett I transmit herewith letter dated July 15, 1955, together with form for Proof of Commencement of Work and form for Extension of Time in connection with Permit No. 15754. This permit covered the transfer of 1.4 c.f.s. of water from the old shop well to a new well in the shop grounds, being the new point of diversion* We are required to file Proof of Commencement of Work on or before September 16, 1955, and I will appreciate your filling out and executing the enclosed Proof and returning the same to me for filing prior to this date.
