I agree.% Los Angeles,January 2, 1946 WO 3180 Mr. Frank Strong: As you know, we are still retaining the dragline rented from Mr. J. R. Henderson at Las Vegas, to be used in connection with installation of pipe line on Charleston Road. This dragline has not been used since we distributed the pipe and I note that there is no progress being made on either the reservoir or the pipe line. Believe you suggested retaining this dragline when the question of Jurisdiction between the Railroad Water Service men and the Local Craft in Las Vegas was first brought up, with the idea that it would be closed out in a short time. The rental rate for this dragline is $566 per month. You may wish to give consideration to the canceling of the contract and returning the machine to Mr. Henderson.
