    ffp&sis WRB - Lae Vegas Los Angeles - Oct 20* 19^3 Talked with Roscoe Moss today* who is of opinion it may he practical to get by parted casing and plug Sund well* but he knows of no way to plug the spring. As to McNeil well* he thinks Anderson's suggestion sound that rig be employed to run some tools down hole to find out how muoh casing there is* then run small pipe down and pack it off at various levels until leak is found; after that has been determined to go in with about 6" liner and paok it below the leak. He wants to dlsouss both matters further with Baker before expressing definite opinion* and said he would let me know in few days, Stated definitely* however, if and when he was in position to do the work he would not perform either Job on lump sum bid. Please convey this information to Harry Jamieson and tell him 1 will advise when I hear further from Moss. S-13h F S , v> It ;
