Las Vegas - June 29, 1953 Mr. W. H. Johnson - Los Angeles Mr. Earl Kenney whose address is Box 77, Yermo, California was in ny office this morning and states that he now owns Lots 1-6 inclusive, Tract 2348, Bloch 2 in Yermo, California and desires to purchase Lots 7”!2 inclusive, same block, same tract* Mr. Kenney wishes to expand his business and is not interested in a lease for the additional lots but would like to purchase them outright. If the company is willing to sell Lots 7-12 to Mr. Kenny, will you please advise him direct or advise me and I will correspond with him® L . R. Maag
