Campbell Campbell Realty Company 135 South 4th street Las Vegas, Nevada Sear sirs Referring to agreement under which water main was constructed in South fifth Street fraot for Frontier Improvement Company* Article 1, Paragraph 3, provides that the Sub-divider will deliver to the Company, upon completion of the water line, a bill of sale covering the S-lnoh and 6-inch line, free and clear of llene and encumbrances and Including any interest the Sub-divider may have in the lo-inoh line, a portion of the oost of which was advanced. For your convenience, I enclose herewith a fora of Sill of Sale to cover. If in acceptable form, will you kindly execute, have attested by Secretary with imprint of Corporate Seal, and return to me.
