V Original Agreement shall be amended in following particulars: (a) Section 3 shall be amended by adding thereto the following: "Said deed shall convey title to the parties of the second part as tenants in common." (b) Additional section shall be added reading as follows: "Section 1 3 . The obligations and agree­ments of the Purchaser shall be the joint and several obligations and agreements of the parties of the second part; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Rider C.L.D. No. 5706-3* dated October 21, 1951+» extending to and including November 30, 1955* term of lease agreement Audit No. 10323 dated October 20, 191+1}., which was last extended to and including November 30, 1951+» by Eider C.L.D. No. 5706-2, dated November 6, 1953* with Riverside Properties, Inc. covering premises near Third and Vine Streets, Riverside, California, for garage purposes; rental $60.00 per annum, payable annually in advance, subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing lease agreement C.L.D. No. 11759, dated,November 17, 1951+, between LVL&WCo. , Lessor, and Paul R. Robinson d/b/a Bob Robinson Company, Lessee, covering lease of land for storage of oil field equipment at Signal Hill, California, for term of two years, commencing November 1, 1951+, an<3 ending October 31, 1956, rental $160.00 per annum, payable annually in advance, subject -2-
