However, in th is instance, no deed was ever received by us coverin g the s lo o f th is l o t to Harold R* B a ile y , although I understand such a deed was issued under d ate o f February 24, 1936. In fe e t , the l a s t correspondence we have on th is su b ject is my l e t t e r o f -’ecerdber 20, 1935, requ estin g the deed he prepared and sent to m f o r d e liv e r y , providin g sale o f th is l o t was approved* Under these circumstances, i f we were s t i l l preparing the annual r e p o rt here a t Las Vegas, the chances are we vrould have omitted th is p a rtic u la r sale from the re p o rt on account o f r e c e iv in g no inform ation about the issuance o f the deed.
