Eiis slip is attached to and made a part of that certain agreement made and entered into in duplicate on the 23rd day of June, 1916, by and between San Pedro, Los Angeles <& Salt Lake Railroad Company, a corporation of the State of Utah, the party of the first part, and John L. Russell, of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, the party of the second part.
