BID BY SPARLING" A bid proposal for purchase of a TD 18 Bull Clam Tractor from Sparling-Fowler-Murphy, Inc. was FOWLER & MORPHY read and ordered held in abeyance until the City Manager returns from vacation. However, the T.D. 18 Bull Clam City Clerk was instructed to write them saying the City is interested and would consider the Tractor proposal after Mr. Shelley returns. LETTER FROM PLANNING A letter from Mr. Fred Eaton, Planning Engineer, was read. COMMISSION Commissioner Peccole moved it be referred to the City Attorney for reply. NELLIS AIR BASE Commissioner Peccole moved the City Clerk be instructed to notify the Assistant Secretary of the MEETING Air Force, Harry Stewart, to send a representative to Las Vegas to work out an agreement with the City of Las Vegas on the deed to the land for the proposed housing project at the Nellis Air Force Base.
