Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Co Page 2 September 15, 1954 the well can only produce 1*1 c.f.s. and you desire to retain that amount there, there would be nothing to move and your proper procedure would be to file an application to change the point of diversion of 1,4 c.f,s. from the old well represented by Permit 7200. I thought I had better explain this to you before we went ahead and published the new application insofar as you might desire to withdraw Application 15574 and make application to change under 7200, However, as stated above, if there is 2,5 second feet of water in the yard well, under Permit 15140, then we of course could approve the change bdng applied for under Application 15754.
