    Regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Vegas Land and Water Company was held in the Company*s principal office in the Union Pacific Building, 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, California, at lljOO A. M., Tuesday, January 15, 1952. Present; Wm. Reinhardt E. E. Bennett A. C. Ritter J. V/. Padden W. H. Johnson Absent; A. E. Stoddard Vice President Reinhardt called the meeting to order and presided. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors, held Dec­ember 11, 1951, were read and approved. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement ,,N ,,L.D. 2511, dated September 28, 1951, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construc­tion and laying of approximately 2223 lin, ft. of 8” cast iron water main; installation of approximately 165 lin. ft. of 6n cast iron fire hydrant connections, including the Installation of 9 fire hydrants; and the installation of 15 copper service connections, including shut-off valves, but excluding the plac­ing of valve boxes, to serve housing project of the Housing Authority of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, in vicinity of hH ” Street and Washington Avenue, Las Vegas, Nev.; consideration $4,474.50, plus the actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, -1-
