I agree.LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION JUNIOR STEEL CO. CLD 16050 On motion duly made and seconded* it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey and Assistant Secretary P. A. Schmitz, in executing deed bearing C. L. D. No. 16050, assigned Las Vegas Land and Water Company L. S. Deed Audit 6215, dated June 12, 1968, from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Junior Steel Company, a California corporation, conveying that certain parcel of land situate in City of Industry, Los Angeles,County, California, said parcel containing approximately 3.834 acres as particularly described in said deed, excepting from said parcel, except that portion within the southerly half of vacated Lomitas Avenue, all minerals and mineral rights without right of surface entry, as reserved by E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, deceased, in a deed recorded February 20, 1957 in Book 53698, page 126, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California; also excepting unto Las Vegas Land and Water Company from that portion of said parcel within the southerly half of vacated Lomitas Avenue, all minerals and mineral rights without right of surface entry as set forth, conveyance being subject to:
